POSITON
·      Administrative assistant 사무직-택배 상담 및 접수

 

- Work hours:
Ful Time: Mon-Fri 9am -5pm
- Starting Wage : first probation period: $17.25~

- After probation period wage increase + Full Company Health benefits (Dental, Health, Vision care, RMT…etc)

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

·         Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.

  • Collecting information and documentation from the client, ensure that communications are responded within 24 business hours

  • Providing clients updated information about their cases

  • Schedule and confirm‎‎‎ appointments

  • Maintain proper records of documents for future reference

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
·       Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (mostly korean & English)
·       Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Work permit, PR, Canadian citizen)
·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·       Strong communication and organization skills
·       Willingness to learn
